Agriboard Industries, LLP. is in the business of manufacturing environmentally friendly panels made out of agricultural waste, which can be applied for exterior and interior walls for residential and commercial structures. The panels will be beneficial to many parties such as farmers, people living in economically weak zones, as well as developers and home owners. They are superior to other conventional building products in many ways and have proven to be so due to extensive testing done in the US for over 15 years. The panels have passed ICC approval and have more than satisfied what is required for international building codes. The panels are fire resistant and have passed a 2.5 hour fire rating test and they can withstand an earthquake of a large magnitude on the Richter scale. Agriboard is structurally stronger than other building materials, and are also moisture and pathogen resistant. We have also developed our own water proofing coating, which is also environmentally friendly that can go over the panels to supply the water proofing capability. The panels can also be used for interior walls, as they are sound proof and have better insulation value than any other building material. Having better insulation means a lower cost in energy consumption as the use of air conditioners or heaters would be less due to the superior insulation value that the panel possesses. Furthermore, these panels are pre-fabricated with electrical and plumbing, which means building schedules and times will be cut short. One 300 Sq. Ft. home can be built within three to four working days with just two to three people. One of the best aspects of applying these panels are that they are also environmentally friendly, as they are made from agricultural waste. Farmers have no use for their agricultural waste so they end up burning the waste material. This greatly pollutes our atmosphere. Instead, the waste is bought and converted into environmentally friendly, structurally stable, and affordable panels that can be used for the construction industry.
