Air Combat Command, with headquarters at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., is a U.S. Air Force major command. It was created June 1, 1992, by combining Strategic Air Command and Tactical Air Command. Air Combat Command is the primary force provider of combat airpower to America's warfighting commands.
