As an Executive HR Consultant, I leverage my expertise in working with small to large businesses in launching HRIS systems, creating and establishing recruiting procedures, redesigning performance review processes, executing employee engagement initiatives and designing and launching onboarding, orientation and new hire programs.
A forever learner and student, I obtained Masters of Science in Organizational Management and Human Resources Development from Manhattanville College, certifications in Leadership Talent Optimization from Cornell University, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of South Florida, and Employing Abilities @Work and Veterans at Work from the SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) Foundation in addition to being SHRM certified – SHRM-CP.
