I provide one to one business, career, and team coaching to senior managers, business owners, and freelancers. Clients have found new ways to increase their businesses and productivity, enhanced their professional and personal relationships and gained clarity around their future direction.
Having worked in HR and OD, I have identified and supported the behaviours and skills sets of those who successfully navigate cultural change, excel within their organisation’s talent management programmes, and grow as leaders. I support these people through phases of transition, reflection and personal development.
My coaching provides you space to think, focus and plan action to reach solutions. I do this by listening, providing thought provoking questions and supportive challenge in a motivating, warm manner.
My training is in Business and Personal Coaching from Barefoot, an internationally recognised provider, and is a University and ICF accredited course. It provided knowledge and understanding of the various psychological theories which underpin modern coaching practice and a wide range of coaching methodologies.
I have my own coach and undertake ongoing coaching professional development through Barefoot Coaching and the ICF.
