The Danish Bocuse d'Or Academy is the organization behind the Danish candidates for the world’s most prestigious international gastronomical contest, Bocuse d’Or.
It is the Academy’s proud purpose to provide funding for an ongoing Danish participation in the very advanced and ambitious contest and to establish optimal working conditions for all candidates.
