AKAR MAKİNA SAN. TİC. A.Ş. (AKARMAK), founded in 1990, offers autoclaves to various industries including composite, glass, building material, rubber vulcanization, tire retreading, sterilization. Our product line also includes high value added machinery to the tire retreading industry and medical waste sterilization systems.
Akarmak can manufacture autoclaves up to 5 meter diameter and 50 meter lenght as a single piece. Complying with the highest safety standards, the autoclaves are offered with international standards such as CE, ASME, EAC (GOST). The autoclaves are used in the fields of Glass Lamination (Architectural Laminated Glass, Autoglass, Bullet Resistant Glass), Composite Materials (Aerospace, Automotive, Marine), Tire Retreading/Rubber Vulcanization, Building Materials, Food Industry and Sterilization. Depending on the area of use, the autoclave can be offered with compressor systems, cooling towers, vacuum stations, loading trolleys etc to allow Akarmak to offer turnkey projects to ist customers.
Akarmak has a comprehensive product porfolio for medical waste sterilization systems. We are one of only a few suppliers in the world offering a large equipment range covering hospital and centralized medical waste as well as pre and post autoclave shredding technologies.
Akarmak has a complete machinery portfolio to set up turn-key tire retreading plants in both Truck Tire and OTR (Off-The-Road) segments. For the TBR segment, Akarmak offers high value added equipment including CNC Buffers, Cushiongum Extruder and Autovlaves. In the OTR segment, our product portfolio covers tire sizes from 25” to 63” in precured and orbitread retreading technology,
