The AKBARALY Foundation's mission is to improve the lives of poor and needy populations in general by intervening in the Social and Health fields. It is an institution of public utility whose objectives are:
Social and humanitarian aid in all forms, focusing particularly on research to improve the condition of childhood, in terms of health, schooling, education and welfare in general
Financial or material help actions which may have as beneficiaries public or private institutions (HOSPITALS, schools, etc.....)
Eventual creation of one or more centers of education and / or preparation for the professional integration of underprivileged children and orphans.
In addition, since the 4AWOMAN project in 2010, the Foundation has become the first humanitarian organization working to fight against breast and gynecological cancers in Madagascar. The project aims to be a pioneer in Africa in the use of the latest technological advances in the field of cancer treatment.
It focuses on helping Malagasy women and their families, and thus women and children under 16 years suffering from cancer will be the main beneficiaries thereof.
