Al Barej General Trading Group was founded in 1980 in Libya under the vision and direction of Mohammed Zarouk Rajab. In 1999, Jamal Rajab, the current Director General, continued this situation.

Since its inception more than three decades ago, Al Barej General Trading has grown to occupy a prominent position in the fresh fruit, vegetable, meat and poultry industry in Libya.

In fact, more than 100,000 kilos of fresh produce are distributed every day in our cold stores and production facilities!
