The Alia2 Foundation is a non-profit organization with the mission of combating online child pornography and cyber-bullying
The only way to stop the growing flood of paedophile material on the web is for the public and private sectors together with society to undertake joint actions. Alia2 is a common space, a meeting point, which brings together the actions and interests of all parties involved in stemming this flood.
We work together with the Spanish security forces and agencies as well as with the various political parties responsible for proposing legislative initiatives to channel society’s demands.
We also collaborate closely with the private sector to launch practical solutions that take into account the interests of both Internet users and service providers. We seek solutions to stem the tide of paedophilia material on the web, and to prevent the promotion of online child pornography.
We run social and technology volunteer programmes. Our ciberalia2 network provides us with firsthand information on Internet threats. Moreover, the programmers who collaborate on developing open source programs allow us to pool knowledge in order to develop effective technologies.
