Align Treatment Center is an adolescent residential program for eating disorders, serving individuals ages 10–17 and their families. We specialize in evidence-based, family-integrated care that partners clinicians and caregivers to support lasting recovery.
Our approach disrupts the traditional residential model by placing families at the center of treatment. With over 10 hours per week of caregiver-focused programming—including FBT, DBT, and PMT—our goal is to empower parents with the skills, education, and confidence needed to support recovery beyond residential care.
Each patient receives 12+ hours of structured treatment daily, including individual, family, and group therapy, DBT/CBT/ERP skill-building, nutrition counseling, psychiatric and medical support, expressive/movement therapies, and supervised meals. We also offer a unique Return to Sport curriculum for athletes and identity-building opportunities like volunteer work.
We believe full recovery is possible—and that families are essential to making it happen.
