In 1988, Ray founded Alitalia Pizzeria in Monrovia, California. Since then, we haven't stopped making fresh, hot, tasty pizza for dine-in or delivery.
When the time came to finish throwing dough, Ray found the right group of young people to take over Alitalia Pizzeria for good. In fact, this is the same group of friendly folks that were customers of the pizzeria since he opened. They have kept Ray's original intent and recipes, but infused new life and energy into the place.
Now open 6 days a week, you can count on seeing Joanna and Micah's smiling faces when you come in, with some bonus team members popping in every so often. Come in and say "Hi"!
