The core activity of Alliance Saveurs & Santé is to provide catering services to the CHEM hospital group. Alliance's DNA is based on the daily implemented values, such as Respect and Responsible Behaviour, of its two mother companies:

On a daily basis, Alliance's culinary team thrives to supply meals for over 560 patients in both Esch sur Alzette and Niedercorn. It moreover manages the cafeterias of the two hospitals, offering a variety of dishes filling the nutritional needs of both the hardworking CHEM staff members and visiting families of CHEM patients.
Our over 70 employees are committed to providing a portfolio of both Luxembourgish and European recipes while respecting an increasing number of diets and challenging hospital health and hygiene rules with locally sourced ingredients as much as possible.
