The company ALLSAT was established in 1990 and was entered in the Commercial Register by the name Jan Fiala - ALLSAT in the same year. The company was engaged in the business in the area of special and commercial satellite systems including the development, production and commercial activities in the domain.
In 1993, the company expanded into the sphere of business represented by the sale of special technology for institution of the state administration which activity became – in the process of time – the core subject of its enterprise.
