I've spent over 25 years in a range of senior HR roles in a variety of companies and sectors. I have significant experience of leading global HR teams, enabling organisational transformations and building high performance cultures. I also have years of experience developing leaders at all levels through coaching and mentoring and a few years ago achieved accreditation with the International Coaching Federation.
Over these last few years I’ve really connected with what I now realise to be my core purpose - to help people, teams and organisations to be at their best.
This awareness and connection prompted me to start my own business back in 2021 and since then I've focused my time, energy and passion on doing work that allows me to fulfil that purpose - coaching, consulting, facilitation, mentoring and speaking about leadership and performance.
