AllzWellEver is a passion project of two psychologists, Armin Shroff and CA Payal Goel to spread preventive mental health and emotional wellness in society. AllzWellEver believes that regardless of adversities, everyone can flourish. It promotes the holistic well-being of one and all using principles of psychology and the science of human potential.
Armin Shroff is certain that “Everyone Can” and CA Payal Goel believes that the most challenging situation has a silver lining. Initiated in August 2020, their relentless pursuit has helped bring a positive transformation in more than 2000 participants across 15 educational institutions and business houses in and around Nashik, Trivandrum and Mumbai through their offline and online programmes.
Knowing that emotional wellness is a fundamentally foundational need, AllzWellEver bridges a critical gap with its mission to Prepare, Not Just Repair. Armin Shroff and CA Payal Goel have seen from their decades of experience in educational institutes and corporates respectively that people often undermine mental health. India has one of the highest prevalence of mental illness globally, research posits that 10-20% of Indian children and youth experience mental disorders; the rate is increasing. In spite of what the figures indicate, people do not give equal importance to psychological well-being. AllzWellEver designs and delivers customized SEL packages under their 360-degree programme for schools, 4Rs (respect, relationship, responsibility, rights) for colleges and Positive Pearls for corporate.
