At our distillery, we meticulously distill and bottle high-quality spirits. Using our hand-operated 110 liter copper pot still, housed in the centuries-old Reijmyre Glassworks, we focus on creating liquids with balance and rich texture. Our aim is to showcase traditional Nordic flavours and highlight Swedish grain spirits. A key mission is to bring attention to the Aquavit category, offering a delightful insight into Swedish distillation and craftsmanship. We are proud to make Swedish Aquavit, which has a GI.
The EU geographical indications system protects the names of products that originate from specific regions and have specific qualities and enjoy a reputation linked to the production territory.
All our products are exclusively made from swedish winter wheat grain spirit. Our pot still is run by our Master Distiller Bex Almqvist, and is hand operated. How the still is run is important to the end product; reflux, pressure, temperature and where the cuts are made are examples that reflect the end product.
