Alpha’s diverse customer base includes: oilfield, control valves, mining, civil applications and safety systems to name a few. Alpha specializes in hundreds of different alloys including: nickel based alloys, iron based alloys, cobalt based alloys, aluminum-bronze and aluminum. Alpha’s utilizes the latest foundry technology to offer our customers the tightest casting tolerances possible. Alpha’s experienced staff, combined with the latest technology, allow them to boast six-sigma grade process control with very little variation and high repeatability. Since it opened, Alpha has expanded to include additional acreage for future expansion, the latest robotics technology for capacity increases, and the latest quality control equipment putting them at the top of the elite in the industry. Alpha boasts an ISO 9001 Quality Management System and Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) certification. Alpha takes pride in forming a partnership with our customers to work together to reduce part cost by using by utilizing strategic casting designs with superior quality. Alpha Investment Casting is the elite name in the industry, where quality and the customer are the top priorities.
