The plant is strategically located in Hathras (Uttar Pradesh) in the milk rich belt of Northern India.
Our current milk processing capacity is 600,000 litres per day with a robust procurement network, having 4 milk chilling centres and Milk Analysers in approx. 500 villages, to collect milk directly from the farmers (Village Level Collection System)
Our integrated business model connects all aspects of the value chain of the dairy industry which includes Cattle Feed Supply, procurement of raw milk from villages (Village Level Collection) and the Production, Supply and Sale of milk and milk-based products. We manage and run completely independent lines of Cow milk and Buffalo milk with end to end traceability
We believe that our integrated business model enables us to leverage the dairy industry value chain, ensures efficiency in costs and operating margins and has more control over the production process resulting in quality products.
We use the latest technology like Multi Stage Drying (3 stage), Continuous Butter Making Machine (CBM), Auto Butter transfers, Auto-Desludger Seperator (20KL), Hassia FFS Machine, Blast Cold Rooms etc., for achieving finest quality and maximum productivity.
Our facility is certified by BRC, Sedex, FSSC 22000.
