Alpine Therapies Overview

The Alpine Therapies team are on hand for all our partners and clients throughout the Three Valleys. We provide a mobile service covering the ski resorts of Courchevel and Méribel plus surrounding villages throughout the year. Whether your body needs attention after a day of off-piste skiing or downhill biking, relax, we've got your back (legs, and shoulders and the rest). We visit your chalet or apartment to provide high quality Massage, expert Physiotherapy treatment or private Pilates and yoga classes in the comfort of your accommodation. We also have a schedule of group Pilates classes running throughout the year. Founder Ginny Christy has a passion for health promotion and holistic well-being, and loves the mountain lifestyle. Her 18 years’ experience as a physiotherapist, and expertise in Pilates and massage therapy mean that the carefully selected Alpine Therapies team provide a professional, high quality services in the Alps.
