Prior to Alta being born, Phil founded RPG Solutions, Inc. a highly successful independent employee benefits brokerage and consultancy firm. From 2000-2016, RPG Solutions grew organically through a strong focus on client service, combined with unique value-added services. Phil sold RPG in 2016 and worked for the acquiring agency for 3+ years. With the experience of growing an independent agency, combined with being a divisional CEO of a national firm, Phil took two years off to think of a better model. A model that is client-centric, service-driven, and successive. We have embraced the culture of on-demand, high-value service.
