He also worked at Associated Engineering Consultants in the Structural Engineering Department. Mr. Brouse is well versed in site surveying, water management, building envelopes, roofing systems, hydrology, hydraulics, soils, exploratory drilling, structural geology, geophysical explorations, structural systems, steel construction, pre-stressed concrete, post-tensioned concrete, cast-in-place concrete, asphaltic concrete, masonry, wood construction, plumbing, and scheduling. Mr. Brouse is a graduate of Drexel University where he received Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering and Architectural Engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania.
