With extensive exposure to Design and Development in India and abroad, Ajith also conducts training sessions for corporate as well as professional educational institutes, in the fields of Creative Thinking skills. The unique training structure developed by Ajith, empowers an individual to kindle creative thinking habits, use it to enrich ones life, and also to contribute effectively in a team at work.
Ajith also teaches at design schools and has mentored several aspiring designers.
