Alumnos aims to help high school students make more well-informed decisions for their post-secondary education. The organization was created by university students who saw the opportunity to bridge the gap between alumni who are eager to give back to their high school community, and students seeking to make a comprehensive, informed decisison on the trajectory of the next several years of their lives.
Alumnos works to ensure that high school students can have conversations with current post-secondary students who graduated from their high school. Using our extensive Alumni Database system, Alumnos is able to match students to alumni based on universities of interest, programs, and aspirations. This gives them an insider view from someone who was exactly in their position a few short years ago. When the time comes where the students become alumni, our hope is that the impact they felt will encourage them to bring it back full circle and give back to their high school through the place where it began - Alumnos.
