Servicomput, S.A., the first company in the group, was founded in 1984 with its headquarters in Barcelona and has been dedicated to IT systems development and integration, electronic engineering projects, and telecommunications in order to design, develop, and manufacture control and automation systems, in general.

Some have R + D departments, and the rest are focused on providing additional or supplementary services.
