Amazon Emotions designed and operated personalized high-end tours from 2006 to small groups, families, couples, or solo travelers passionate about nature, wildlife, and adventure in remote areas of the Brazilian Amazon rainforest. We are a destination management company specialized in the rainforest, owning the Amazon Emotions Lodge, the Amazon Glamping, and operate unique itineraries in iconic places and scenic destinations for travel agencies and tour operators. As curators of authentic experiences, we bring together hand-crafted moments with dedication, love, and small details, serving our clients all throughout the process, from product design to trip operations at our destination.
A Bit of our History
That dream started as a company named Tropical Tree Climbing. Few years later, Vanessa Marino—the owner of Amazon Emotions, a passionate nature lover with over 23 years of combined experience in the conservation and tourism industries rebranded the company as Amazon Emotions, hence the current celebration of sustainability, adventure, and passion for exploring.
Amazon Emotions’s goal isn’t simply to be the most culturally and environmentally responsible tour operator in the Brazilian Amazon, but to challenge other travel-related businesses to raise their standards as well. We’ve worked closely with our partners to share her successes and failures, and Vanessa regularly participates in industry conferences to promote best practices. If Amazon Emotions can inspire others—partners and competitors alike (as well as our guests, of course)—to raise their sustainability standards, then we’ve achieved our most important goal.
