Through his dedication, sharp mind, and years of experience, he began making important types of filters in India that helped replace expensive imported ones. This helped Indian industries save money and reduced the need to bring such parts from outside the country. He always paid attention to what the market needed and focused on offering good quality products at fair prices, with timely delivery and flexible terms. As time went by, the company became trusted by many and got its first big project from the Indian Railways in 1983. Since then, Amco Engineering Works has continued to grow and supply its products to well-known industries like the Railways, defence factories, ports, mines, power and steel plants, atomic energy, petrochemicals, aeronautics, and many more. The company is now successfully run by Mrs. Suchhanda Ghosh, who has carried forward the company’s values of honesty, commitment, and customer satisfaction. Under her guidance, the company is now expanding and strengthening its position in the market, working towards even greater success while staying true to the principles it was built.
