ACTN is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that puts people on the pathway to a career in construction. A national spin-off of the successful Indiana Construction Roundtable Foundation, we are expanding to states across the country to offer youth exposure to construction as a career path and provide adults with free skills training and employer connections to find a meaningful job in the construction industry.
Construction is one of the largest industries in the United States but we are facing a skilled labor crisis. Our work seeks to build the people pipeline and strengthen the industry while changing people's lives.
