A specialty of ours is the design of multi-family buildings, both low-rise and mid-rise, utilizing a concrete podium at the first level to enable the ground spaces be utilized for retail rent, and designing the upper levels for residential units with wood or CFS framing. In addition to structural engineering services, AMO offers cold formed steel (CFS) fabrication model & shop drawing services for pre-engineered panel assembly. Our one-stop shop for structural engineering and CFS fabrication benefits builders since there is no loss in translation between the two stages of the project (Design & Fabrication).
