Our structural design services include the entire building from foundation to the roof framing. We have experience designing with all structural materials based on project manager's preference: wood, cold formed steel, structural steel, concrete, and masonry. Our portfolio encompasses commercial and residential projects, including multi-family buildings, flex. offices, retail buildings, high-end custom residences, university dorms, soccer stadium and healthcare buildings. A specialty of ours is the design of multi-family buildings, both low-rise and mid-rise, utilizing a concrete podium at the first level to enable the ground spaces be utilized for retail rent, and designing the upper levels for residential units with wood or CFS framing. In addition to structural engineering services, AMO offers cold formed steel (CFS) fabrication model & shop drawing services for pre-engineered panel assembly.
