The Company have units at Vadodara, Daman and Amod locations spread over a total of 55,168 Sq. Metre. of land area with Manufacturing, Testing and Quality Control facilities.
The Company procures Cold Rolled Grain Oriented Electrical Steel of conventional and HiB Grades from Bureau of Indian Standards approved Mills across the globe.
The most modern, versatile and well reputed manufacturing machinery like George, Astronic & Orion, provide facilities for processing laminations having all features like Hole punching, offset holing, Tip cutting, V- notching, etc.
With Installation of positive pressure we maintain the dust level Class 9 compliance as per ISO 4641. Dust particle checked randomly by HACK make dust measuring equipment, which ensures dust free ambience for quality production.
The present installed capacity is 50,000 MT of CRGO laminations annually.
Apart from CRGO Lamination, Slit Coils, Amod Stamping manufactures Reactor Core, Torroidal Cores, Wound Cores, Transformer Tank Shunts and Shields, Assembled Core, Core Coil Assembly for Transformers up to 45 MVA. Resin moulded instrument transformers up to 33 kV voltage class
Company has state of art Dr. Brockhaus laboratory equipment’s, single sheet tester, epstine tester, Franklin tester, power analyser, stacking factor measurement equipment’s
Overseas consignment is sent vacuum packed to ensure the moisture and dust free packing.
