Evan first bought property in Gran Canaria, Spain in 2001. And two more in 2018.  Monica at the age of 18. Yes 18!!!!! Bought her first property in Inca, Mallorca, Balearic Islands, Spain, with her husband Dani.  We both have tips and super personal advice on what “to do” and of course “not to do”.
