I am currently building a portfolio of recipe and food and drink-related writing, contributing to national and local Channel Island publications, and my own blog. I am a proud member of the British Guild of Beer Writers and the Guild of Food Writers, the UK's association for professional food writers and broadcasters.
I have recently passed my WSET level 2 Wine training and am starting my level 3 wine journey. I have a current post-16 professional teaching and training qualification to enable me to help others grow their kitchen skills and knowledge and pass on my passion for food and drink.
I am an experienced, creative, classically trained chef and former hospitality manager, capable of managing the safe preparation, cooking, and service of different cuisines and food styles in a wide variety of venues and teaching others in a fun and entertaining way.
