A.N.G.E.L.O. VINTAGE is one of the most influential voices in the Italian and international vintage scene.
A.N.G.E.L.O. Vintage Archive was started by the vision of Founder Angelo Caroli in the late 1970s and offers an extraordinary selection of clothing pieces and accessories that have been accurately collected over years of research.
Housed within the walls of a historical building (former orphanage) in the center of Lugo - RA, Italy, the Archive showcases a precious collection of treasures: from iconic pieces by the greatest designers in fashion history, to vintage and bespoke garments from the late 19th century to the 2000s, along with a wide selection of bags, shoes and accessories, as well as an extensive assortment of denim and military garments, workwear and sportswear.
The collection now boasts over 150,000 pieces that connect the past and future of fashion, playing the role of a true “physical fashion library”.
Created with the mission of preserving the historical and artistic heritage of fashion and to make it available for stylistic research, A.N.G.E.L.O. Archive is a reference destination for many designers, creatives and companies worldwide, as well as the regular partner of international institutions and curators for exhibitions and retrospectives on fashion history.
