Our Fabrication Facilities are located over three shops spread over 30,000 square meters which are fully equipped to deliver up to 5,000 tons per year of mixed products. Our shops are equipped with highly precise cutting, bending, rolling, and welding machines. We have shell rolling and dished end pressing machines in-house. We also have our own blasting and painting facilities as well as the bunker for doing radiography.
We execute high precision machining services, being equipped with three Mega Slant & Mega Turn Heavy Duty CNC Lathe Machines” with a capacity to take up to 5.20-meter long and 1.145 meter dia work pieces, and a Multiple Performer Horizontal Boring & Milling Machine (HBM) with Ultra High Resolution, High Accuracy, and High Torque Rotary Table.
We deliver plant and field services through our highly skilled and experienced workforce and can execute Site Installation, Construction, and Maintenance services at all locations in the region including UAE, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Yemen, and Saudi Arabia for Electro-Mechanical activities.
