Wolf, who was just 29 years old when diagnosed with Stage IV Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Her battle against breast cancer ended after four short months of fighting. During her fight, she was surrounded by an 'army' of family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, and various community members who were determined, like her, to be victorious over breast cancer.
