THE BAY CONCEPT®
The BAY-concept® is an unique approach to individual coaching workshops and evaluation workshops for management. I help leaders/employees, teams/organizations to implement their development/transformation. I guide them to think and act outside the box to identify and work on their strengths and development needs. The BAY-concept® is not a copy-past solution.
