We provide expertise in post-mortem imaging including care pathway development, scanning, reporting, staff and public education and medicolegal work.
We plan to achieve this through empowering NHS trusts and private healthcare providers to setup and manage their own post-mortem imaging services, enabling them to collaborate and support coronial services, which will provide greater coverage and accessibility to all communities in the UK.
Our name, Anubix is a name derived from the Egyptian god of the afterlife (Anubis) who is renowned for the care of the dead and guardian of their tombs. This beautifully aligns with our goals and values. We aim to respect the dead, assisting by telling their story through medical imaging and providing closure, where possible, to their families.
