Anvita Dixit is a Yoga Educator, Dancer, Public Speaker and Founder of Yogic Gurukul. Having lived and grown up at the Kaivalyadhama Yoga Centre, she was trained in the classical form of Yoga from a very young age and had access to spiritual Indian philosophy extremely early on. These mental and spiritual aspects of the Yoga tradition had a deep impact on Anvita and she made it her mission to share this wealth of knowledge, especially amongst the youth. In order to do so, she has been creating content on Yogic studies for the last several years and has also worked with Cure.fit on digital Yoga content - teaching several classes across the app. She is now working on my own Yoga education platform called the ‘Yogic Gurukul’- through which she aims to transform more lives with the power of Yoga Philosophy and Therapy.
