Our Approach
In line with our philosophy, we have integrated various multi-disciplinary services alongside traditional clinical psychology and counselling to address the multifaceted nature of mental health under one roof. Apart from tackling the mental state, we emphasize practices that promote physical health and emotional well-being. In this regard, we have incorporated practices such as integrative yoga, trauma-informed massage therapy, holistic nutrition and the like, to promote the vitality that our clients seek.
