On February 28, 2025, AOG Wealth Management (the “Prior Adviser”) completed a transaction with F.L. Putnam Investment Management Company, Inc ("FLP"), whereby FLP acquired substantially all of the Prior Adviser’s assets, including its investment management business. As a result of the transaction, as well as Board and investor approval, FLP assumed the role as investment adviser to the Fund. All material terms of the Previous Advisory Agreement are expected to remain unchanged under the New Advisory Agreement.
