We have one professional design team who are expert at sketch design,product design,tooling design,prototype making,pilot run.Before release for mass production, new products will be verified in our lab with several months' strict testing to make sure its function, safety and reliability can meet your requirement,even exceed your expectation. QUALITY CONTROL: AOV has awarded ISO9001 and ISO13485 certification since establishment of the company.All operation processes and quality controls are complying with current and latest international standards.The well-trained QC staff are assigned to each stage of product realization, from incoming to outgoing, every process is well monitored and controlled. PRODUCTION CAPACITY: There are more than 10 sets of brand new injection molding machines;3 sets of pad printing machine,silk screen printing machine,hot stamping machine and drying production lines;and 6 assembling production lines.Our daily production output could meet more than 20,000pcs for breast pump, and 10,000pcs for bottle sterilizer.
