We possesses the most suitable silicone hydrogel monomer materials and color paste preparation technologies as well as the proprietary optical mold design, surface treatment, stereolithography apparatus, and other technologies that are successfully mass produced. We can adapt and meet the various business development models for customers in different markets under the QMS environment stipulated by the ISO 13485 and GMP standards .
Under the highest guiding principles of safety first, quality first, and customer satisfaction, we have established the unique silicone hydrogel contact lens product and production technology, which has high-efficiency manufacturing process and production yield.
An advanced low modulus, solvent free silicone hydrogel monomeric formula that integrates the new biomedical material is introduced to give the silicone hydrogel contact lenses their hydration retention and high oxygen permeability. This results in a unique characteristic of allowing the lenses to be worn for a long period of time.
The low modulus silicone, solvent free hydrogel soft contact lenses retain their original specification and functions with a hydrophilic surface and antibacterial refinement to reduce the lenses’ surface contact angle. This enables a high level of hydrophilic property, as well as reduces the level of protein adhesion to achieve the ultimate “14 hours of comfort while wearing the contact lenses” experience.
The silicone hydrogel is not a ball-like surface lens. It combines a specialized moisturizing lens to secure hydration. The rim of the lens possesses tear conduction design, which allows a complete even distribution of the tear layer so that the user is comfortable and “free” when wearing the lens.
