Apogee International Overview

Began operating with the agencies for Sagem fachines/telex machines, Angus Fire equipment and Intraproc High Security Identification Cards. Even as far back as 1988, Apogee International controlled 95% of the market share in telex machines from Sagem. Today, Apogee International is the sole representative in Sri Lanka for number of prestigious international companies. In 1989, Apogee International was awarded the tender to produce 1.5 million high security-driving licenses for the Registrar of Motor Vehicles by the Government of Sri Lanka on built operate transfer basis.Our principals in this field are Intraproc of Germany. Computers and Communications was bought over by Apogee International in 1991, securing the agency for the world famous Alcatel Telephone Systems. Rapid progress was made in this field and Apogee International soon clinched a number of projects in the public and private sectors. Today, Apogee International has a corporate client base in excess of 30,000, which include many prestigious names like Sri Lanka Telecom, Sri Lankan Airlines, Ceylon Petroleum Corporation, Sri Lanka Ports Authority, Airport & Aviation Services (Sri Lanka) Limited, MTN Networks, Mobitel, The Aitken Spence Group and the Armed Forces, to name but a few.
