I began Appreciated Asset in 2018 to follow my passion and expertise in connecting businesses with the best resources available for their unique needs. I have been in business development for my entire career working with both local and national clients of all sizes. But I kept running up against a major problem. There is no one product that will universally work for every client. Rather than trying to fit everyone I spoke to into a single solution, I decided to focus my business exclusively on serving my client and their needs.
