approachTKD exists to teach self defence seminars and/or Taekwon-Do to anybody who wishes to learn.
I teach self defence seminars using Eddie Quinn’s Approach Self Protection Method - I am a qualified Instructor in the Approach. The Approach is an easy to learn, simple yet highly effective method which can be learnt in hours rather than years, this makes the Approach suitable for everybody, no experience necessary. Equally the Approach is great for martial artists as they can add these tools into their existing skill set.
The Approach seminars cover issues such as personal awareness, legal issues regarding the use of force in self defence as well as practical realistic effective methods of dealing with an attacker.
I have nearly 30 years experience in the martial arts, 25 of them in ITF Taekwon-Do, I can teach Taekwon-Do 1-1, small groups or whole classes on any aspect of ITF Taekwon-Do, perfect for extra practice before a big grading etc.
