Das MES-System läuft weltweit erfolgreich in der Halbleiter-, Lebensmittel-, Automotive-, Chemie- und Gießereibranche. Bei letzterer Branche bieten wir seit 2017 zusammen mit unserem Partner Technical Service Kühn GmbH ein umfangreiches Thermische Analyse Messverfahren an. Durch den innovativen Wandler können kleinste Temperaturveränderungen bei der Erstarrung der Schmelzen erfasst und Rückschlüsse auf die Metallurgie gezogen werden. Apromace data systems GmbH represents a highly competent and experienced partner for customer-specific system solutions to connect the manufacturing world the with management. We offer a sophisticated modular solution for process data acquisition as well as data analysis from machines, equipment, terminals, and measuring devices up to entire plants. This includes, for example, part traceability, OEE indicators, maintenance, energy management, and statistics. The MES system operates successfully worldwide in the semiconductor, food, automotive, chemical, and foundry industries. In the latter industry, we have been offering an excellent and extensive thermal analysis measurement procedure since 2017 in collaboration with our partner Technical Service Kühn GmbH. Through the innovative converter, the smallest temperature changes can be detected during the solidification of melt allowing conclusions to be drawn about the overall metallurgy.
