Aqualytic Laboratories Limited (AQL) is a private company with offices in Kenya and Rwanda. We are chemistry-based organization that specializes in Water, Air and Food chemical and microbiological testing, Supply of scientific laboratory instrument and reagents, Supply of Industrial chemicals and Training of ISO based quality management systems.
AQL performs analysis according to the International Standard Methods such as APHA, HACH and USEPA methods to meet government compliance in addition to performing internal tests for Quality Control purposes. We hold various certifications in the country so that we can provide regulatory testing to meet customers’ needs. AQL has successfully participated in various Proficiency Testing Programs such FAPAS, KEBS and SADCMET and has emerged with satisfactory results.
On 22nd January 2018 AQL applied for ISO/IEC 17025:2005 accreditation a journey that took one year nine months. On 2nd October 2019 AQL was awarded the accreditation certificate as a Testing Laboratory upon satisfying the requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 general requirements for the competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories under the given schedule. The testing laboratory number is KENAS/ACCR/TL/045.
