The Fund will also aim at developing the region as a world leading aerospace and aviation innovation hub by (a) leveraging the region’s existing aerospace and aviation industries; (b) transferring the industry’s centers of excellence and corporate offices to the region; (c) Developing human capital and education for the region's nationals and residents; (d) internationally enhancing the regions reputation in various aerospace and aviation innovation areas.
