Our clients include private equity and venture capital firms, as well as start-up companies both in and outside the tech space. We operate at the intersection of finance and business building. Equipped with these tools, our .cross-functional practice teams work collaboratively with the client to develop cost-effective strategies for achieving their goals while minimizing risk. All of us share this passion. Furthermore, we all have served as in-house counsels, giving us an appreciation for service that comes from having been clients ourselves. As we embark upon our second decade, we excitedly prepare for new initiatives to support our clients, including the opening of a San Francisco Bay Area office. Another area of our practice focuses on the representation of Latin American businesses entering the US market or expanding their existing presence. Through our Mexican Co-Counsel, the law firm of Pena Mouret Abogados, we are also able to provide "outbound" support, specifically to clients outside of Mexico and Latin America seeking to develop market presence, delivery centers, and often both.
