Nous réalisons la conception et l'animation d'activités physique adaptées, de bien-être et d’ateliers sensoriels à destination du public senior. Ces activités sont toutes pratiquées en milieu extérieur (au cœur d'un quartier, au sein d'un établissement médico-social ou territoire rural). L'objectif majeur de ce projet est de préserver le bien vieillir. Nous travaillons afin d'agir sur la prévention de la perte d’autonomie, rompre l'isolement et favoriser les liens intergénérationnels.
