Architect’s International (AI) provides a wide range of design and planning services. Founded in 1982, the firm has quickly established a reputation for creative yet cost-effective solutions to its client’s architectural problems. AI has a focused professional and technical team, contract or in-house, with a repertoire of experience that enables the firm to take on large projects as well as small. Using the latest computer-aided design and drafting technologies, AI serves a broad spectrum of public, private, federal and municipal clients. AI started out doing mostly residential work and was published in Tennessee Home and Gardens for our work at Villa Collina, a $17million residential estate located here in Knoxville. Over the years we have built a reputation for our attention to detail and our Creative God given talent. AI emphasizes quality, service, and cost control with a special sensitivity to the needs of the client. Philosophically, the firm approaches each project as collaboration between the client and the Architect, with the ultimate goal of having the work of Architect’s International make a positive impact on the client’s image.
